افتتاح دار الحياة لإيواء مرضى السرطان بمحافظة تعز

تزامنا مع اليوم العالمي للعمل الإنساني وتحت شعار يدا واحدة لا تصفق وبرعاية محافظ محافظة تعز افتتحت اليوم الخميس18 أغسطس 2022م وكيل محافظة تعز للشؤون الصحية الدكتورة إيلان عبدالحق دار الحياة لإيواء مرضى السرطان وهو المشروع النوعي الأول في تعز لمرضى السرطان بتعز، وذلك بعد ان تم الانتهاء من تأثيثه بتمويل من مؤسسة بازرعة الخيرية،  وتنفيذ مؤسسة معكم MDF،  وتشغيل المؤسسة الوطنية لمكافحة السرطان بتشغيله مستقبلا.

الجدير ذكره ان مبنى الدار تم التبرع به من قبل مكتب الاوقاف والارشاد بالمحافظة، ليكون سكنا لمرضى السرطان، فيما تكفلت المؤسسة الخيرية لهائل سعيد وشركاه بترميم المبنى.

ويستهدف دار الحياة تسكين ( 38 ) من مرضى السرطان القادمين من الأرياف والمناطق البعيدة من فئة الأطفال والنساء والذين لا يجدون المأوى ويواجهون معاناة شديدة أثناء تنقلهم ذهابا وإيابا بسبب الجلسات العلاجية التي يتلقونها وقساوة الوضع المعيشي والاقتصادي لهذه الفئة التي تعتبر من أشد الفئات ضعفا في المجتمع.

وقد أشادت وكيلة المحافظة للشؤون الصحية بهذا المشروع النوعي مشيدة بتظافر الجهود في انجاز وانجاح هذا المشروع شاكرة كل الجهات الداعمة له.

وبحسب آخر الإحصاءات المسجلة في مركز الأمل لعلاج الأورام بتعز فقد بلغ عدد المرضى (١٠،٢٠٠) مريضا ومريضة يخضعون للجرع العلاجية والكيميائية منهم 57% من كبار السن وتشكل نسبة 56% من الإناث بينما يشكل 44% من الذكور كما يشكل 70% منهم من خارج مدينة تعز بينما تشكل نسبة 30% فقط من سكان المدينة.

حضر تدشين  الافتتاح كلا من مدير عام مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ا/ عبده علي محمد  ومدير عام مكتب الأوقاف والإرشاد القاضي خالد البركاني ومدير المشاريع الصحية بمؤسسة بازرعة التنموية الخيرية وعدد من الناشطين والاعلاميين .

Coinciding with the World Humanitarian Day, under the slogan “It takes a village to raise a child” and sponsored by the Governor of Taiz, Dr. Elan Abdul Haq, Deputy Governor of Taiz for Health Affairs today on Thursday, August 18, 2022, launched "Dar Al-Hayat for Cancer Patients". It is the first qualitative project for cancer patients in Taiz, after having been completely furnished with funding from Bazara Foundation for Development and implementing of mdf, to be operated by National Cancer Control Foundation in the future.

It is noteworthy that the building was donated by the Waqf and Guidance Office in the governorate and restored by Hayel Saeed Anam Charity Foundation, to be a shelter for cancer patients.

Dar Al-Hayat aims to accommodate (38) cancer patients, children and women, coming from rural and remote areas, who cannot find shelter and severely suffer during their travels to receive their treatment sessions, as well as the hard living and economic conditions of this group, which is one of the most vulnerable groups in society.

Deputy governor of Taiz for health affairs praised this qualitative project and the concerted efforts for the completion and success of it, and she thanked all the parties supporting it.

According to the latest statistics at the Hope Center for Treating Cancer in Taiz, there are (10,200) male and female patients who undergo therapeutic and chemical doses as follows:  57% elderly, 56% females, 44% males, 70% are from outside Taiz City, while only 30% are of the city's population.

The launching was attended by Mr. Abdo Ali Muhammad, Director General of Social Affairs and Labor Office, Judge Khaled Al-Barakani, Director General of the Waqf and Guidance Office, Director of Health Projects at Bazara Foundation for Development, Mr. Mukhtar Al-Mikhlafi, Director of the National Cancer Control Foundation, Dr. Fuad Al-Haddad, Director of Al-Jomhouri Hospital, and Dr. Sami Al-Sharabi, Director of the Swedish Pediatric Hospital,  and a number of media activists and journalists.
